In my
languages I am good at being funny and I was good at asking
questions because if I didn’t no what Sia said I wuled ask her what
did you say please, I was good at making other people feel confidents.


I have been apart of samoa language, we do it on mondays on 2:30 when we go there
I fell like a different prison because Sia says that we are not allowed to
speak english.
When we are there sia says to do the prayer, after that sia says talofa to the
person next to her , then that person say it to anyone that they pick, then
Sia says how was your day then we say good thank you, then we start class.
Then Sia asks us (other samoa people in my class) what
those this mean in Samoan then we try to say it in samoan ,same times
we go out for a game ,we play lap and it is fun and then after the game we
would go back inside then siae will say what is 2 x 3 then we will have to say it
in samoan then when you get it right you get to go back to class.
I need to work on sting on the chair properly and I need to work on not talking
when Sia is talking,I also need to work on taking risk and I need to work on
spiking more my  languages.
My next steps are to not to sleep when Sia is talking and I need to work on
reading  more samoan books and also I need to work on speaking more
Samoan in the class because if I don’t sia will get mad sometimes but not all
of the time,Samoa mens the best to me because if a nether samoan prosn did
now what to do I would explain to them.   
Newman: Uati is good at trying his best to work out what
samoan words are on the board
and he always listens to what Sia is saying. I think Uati needs to work on
being more confident when he tells a story to the Samoan class in Samoan

Another activity was making a necklace and putting your dreams in it so it could come true and drawing samoan patterns in the marae. W e had some play outside but it was shute do, the game that I was playing outside was soccer with my friends Fares and Tuivasa. But before the soccer began, we made our teams but it was easy because the girls wanted to vs  the boys and the boys wanted to vs the girls so it happened. Eteuati’s Maths Learning Story Term 3 2019 How do we solve a tricky math problem as a group?  Eluama’s family in Tokelau tell him to get some coconuts. He climbs three different coconut trees.  He climbed 3m up the first tree, 3.9m up the second tree and 2.2m up the third tree.  His friend climbed 3 different trees. The first one he climbed was 2.4m, the second one he climbed was 3.3m and the third one he climbed was 4.3m.  Which of them did the most climbing that day?   So first we write down the problem. Then we were comparing the first tree that Eluama climbed which was 3m and the second tree that he climbed wish was 3.9m so I added them together which = 6.9m. Eteuati's Maths Learning Story.

Uati's math learning story I was trying to find out how much milk cartons will fit inside the box - the volume. First I tried to find out the volume of the  box to see how many milk cartons can fit inside the box. First I added the length, the width and the height because it is the volume of the box, but it didn't work so I used multiplication and it = 30492 and that was the volume of the box. After that I tried to find out the volume of the milk carton by also adding it, but it also didn’t work so then I used multiply   the length and the width and the height of the milk carton and it =135. So I worked out that I had to use multiply instead of addition to find out the volume of the box and the milk carton.
